Duties and Responsibilities:

• Originate and close loans for clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
• Review and analyze financial data, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine loan eligibility
• Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients, partners, and internal teams to facilitate loan processing and closing
• Stay compliant with industry regulations, including those related to lending practices and consumer protection

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending, finance, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in originating and closing loansStrong knowledge of lending products, regulations, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
